Nineteen to Twenty Episode 11 – Second Thoughts and Accident
After the emotional storm in the last episode, Ye-rin tries to console Jimin and assures him that she will be the one to use the dream date ticket, and because she wants to. They go for a casual date and play pool, have a nice dinner and share their honest feelings with each other.
Pyeong-seok and Hee-ji also go out on a driving date and look around beautiful landscapes. However, Hee-ji seemed to be tired, considering she was the one mediating between each other. On top of it, their date ended midway when the coffee glass fell on the ground & a piece got into her eye. She had to be rushed to the hospital, while Pyeong-seok felt guilty and worried about her.
Although she was fine afterwards, the experience brought them much closer. Se-yeon also asked Ji-woo out on a perfume-making date, beating Jung-yun by a minute. Despite having a lovely time, Ji-woo seemed to be curious about Jung-yun more, who had gone out rock climbing with Seo-yeong, Sang-won and Seo-hyeon.

Nineteen to Twenty Episode 12 – Honest Conversations
After the rock climbing group date, Sang-won found Seo-hyeon a bit indifferent and the group conversation about making up their minds bothered him. Since Seo-yeong had confessed her feelings to him, the other day, he thought that Seo-hyeon might be influenced by her friend and blatantly told her to not get swayed by whatever others say. What they didn’t realise was that Seo-yeong was also there in the room and heard everything. While it hurt her feelings since she had been honest with everyone, they cleared the misunderstanding quickly.
At midnight, the dream dates were revealed to be – an overnight trip to Jeju Island and the second was Glamping. Both options excited the cast members and they had to choose among themselves. With the game of rock, paper, scissors, Jimin ended up winning the Jeju trip with Ye-rin and Jung-yun took Ji-woo out for glamping. Hee-ji had also hoped to take Pyeong-seok out after the last date but they decided to stay home and spend time together.
In Ji-woo’s absence, Se-yeon thought about his feelings towards her as he could sense that she wasn’t that into him. He had decided to take her on the last dream date and make the final decision. But being with Jung-yun assured her feelings even more and she decided to reject any more dates. On the bright side, Ye-rin and Jimin bonded quickly during the trip and were inseparable from each other. They spent the night on the Island, while others were shown the last dream dates – A hotel daycation and second was Dinner Cruise.
Nineteen to Twenty Episode 13 – Making it Official
After coming back from Glamping, Ji-woo decided to have an honest conversation with Se-yeon and shared her feelings for Jung-yun. Both were grateful for the time they spent together and gave each other closure. However, Se-yeon got overwhelmed with emotions and cried over his unrequited love. On the last night, the cast members were asked to confess their love to their crushes before midnight to make it official.
As soon as Jimin saw the message, he found the perfect opportunity to ask Ye-rin to be his girlfriend, while watching the sunrise together by the beach. She shyly said yes to him and became the first couple of the show. Sang-won also asked Seo-hyeon out for a cafe date to confess but they both decided to stay friends, as she didn’t feel the same about him. However, she then asks Jung-yun out for dinner and confesses her feelings, despite knowing that he only has eyes for Ji-woo.
Ji-woo was also waiting for Jung-yun to come back, so she could ask him out and as soon as he came back, he confessed his feelings for her and made plans to go on more dates. They became the second couple to make it official. Lastly, Hee-ji and Pyeong-seok went out on a dinner cruise, where Hee-ji asked him if he would like to date her officially. Pyeong-seok was trying to gather courage throughout and was happily surprised when she asked him first. Making them the third couple in the house.
The last night in the house was the same as the first night, with everyone having a lavish dinner together. They also gave each other rolling paper with sweet messages written for each person. In the last two weeks, everyone got so close to each other and were feeling emotional over saying goodbye. Apart from being a dating show, they all forged strong friendships that they will remember for a long time.
Nineteen to Twenty Episodes 11-13 Review
Nineteen to Twenty finale has to be the most heart-fluttering and emotional dating show conclusion. It was refreshing to see the cast members confessing to their crushes without the dramatic suspense that we are mostly used to. The innocence and sincerity were definitely heartwarming to watch and was also a great example of being honest about one’s feelings, while also respecting others. Regardless of their dating status after the show, the two weeks will be one of the memorable moments of their lives.
