Barracuda Queens Plot

Netflix’s description of the series reads – When they fall deep into debt, a group of young women in an affluent Stockholm suburb turns to rob their neighbours’ houses. Inspired by real events.

Set in 1995, the four privileged friends – Lollo, Klara, Mia and Frida are like any other college girl who spends their night away, partying. But when one huge party bill lands in their mail, they are desperate to find money from anywhere but asking their parents. They hatch a plan to steal from their neighbour Amina, who was supposed to be away for the weekend but they find her sleeping in her room. Although she catches the girls red-handed, instead of reporting them she decides to join them in their pursuit.
