After failing at the time travel attempt, Hae-jun and Yoon-young can’t figure out the reason behind it. They contemplate if they have to fix the car again or if they are doomed to stay in the year 1987 forever. With no ideas or answers in hand, all they can do is drink their disappointment away and think about what to do next.

The biggest mystery of the show is the time travel car and why did Hae-jun come across it, so conveniently. Who even created the car and was generous enough to leave the manual where it could be visible to anyone passing by? The last episode will answer these questions and reveal how Hae-jun came across the car in the first place.
While the duo was thinking hard about fixing the car or finding another way out of the past, a man clad in a black leather jacket & outfit that certainly doesn’t fit the retro style knocks on their door. He seems to even know Hae-jun and his identity as a time traveller. This makes him suspicious and he asks him in a threatening tone, how did he know all that?
The seemingly young man gives him a sly smile and says, ‘How would I not know you, father’. It turns out that the person who brought the car to Hae-jun is his son only. And considering that he also came to the past with a similar time travel car, he could take them back to 2021 as well. However, it’s not revealed if he is Hae-jun & Yoon-young’s son or if he married someone else.
